AReturns & Exchanges Policy
At A Serene Collection, we take great pride in the quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship of our natural gemstones and fine jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the original delivery or in-store purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, certificates, documentation, and receipts.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made, bespoke, or engraved jewellery
Loose gemstones sold individually
Items purchased during special promotions, private sales, or marked “Final Sale”
Gift cards and store credit
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged once within the 7-day return window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.
If the replacement item is of lesser value, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
Refunds exclude original shipping, delivery, customs duties, taxes, and insurance fees.
Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
A Serene Collection is not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance processes.
International returns must comply with all applicable export and import regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Do not wear or alter the item before contacting us.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by A Serene Collection.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Risk of loss remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected by us.
In-Store Returns
In-store purchases must be returned to the original point of purchase.
Valid proof of purchase is required.
Cash refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
Right to Refuse
A Serene Collection reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy or where fraud, abuse, or tampering is suspected.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
